makes no sense you were roleplaying and my frind tried to free me as u despawned the car 2 times

He didn't talk, nor did he do a very good job of freeing you. Either way, in that way he will have broken a rule in doing so.

Regular players are not allowed to steal vehicles spawned by staff members, as they do not have the same features normal vehicles have. With that in mind, stewart removed the stolen vehicles and deployed new ones to continue the situation.

We added a card to trello to make sure specific staff spawned vehicles can be stolen in the future.
