Hostages must be restrained/ziptied during a hostage, in order to be deemed a hostage. He wasnt a hostage.

As DoomxChicken mentioned above, hostages must be restrained/ziptied to be deemed a hostage. You can also see in the video that you moved your gun away from the hostage nearly immediatly after you saw the police Chief. Then you began shooting at the officer, then the chief, which by then they were no longer under FearRP and can shoot back, something he did and you got killed.

I do not see any rules being broken in this video.
