I was rdmed by a bank guard and lost my zipties

video was not uploading on this website so i sent it to you on discord @Vexum

I can confirm that this player had a zip-tie before and did not use/die before losing it. The player was battered by a security cadet and claimed that he did not have it. Because of that, I had him scroll through his inventory as shown in the video below. Because of the glitch he should be issued 1x ziptie.
