For my part of the story, we told you to put your hands up many times and you kept jumping toward the premium box.
There is obviously a big voice delay when it comes to gmod voip, so when you thought you was saying it is different to when I will hear it, by at least a good 1-2 seconds. That's why for you it looked like I may have taken more time then usual to put my hands up but in the end I placed my hands above my head.
If you see three dudes holding ars, holding up your friend, and pointing guns at you, what would give you the sense to try to run past us and toward the premium box, you dont just run past gunman, enemies while your at it, especially when theyre yelling at you.
It's common for people to take out assault rifles at that position, after all it's a premium box so people will pull out guns there, therefore I thought nothing of it because nobody had their hands up and you guys were pointing guns at your vehicle so I guessed you was just preparing to leave. I had no idea who you guys were to be honest and again when you started yelling at me I complied eventually anyway.
Also not to mention that you can clearly see in the video that one of GS9's org members is at the premium box and is not being held up, all three of you guys were just getting your guns up, nobody had their hands up or anything so that's a straight up lie at that point, I just arrived and I was the first person you guys spoke to in terms of telling me to put my hands up, so there was no active situation or anything happening here.
And im sorry for the slow death that wasnt intentional, i thought you wouldve died from the first burst.
I've been in a situation before where I was shooting a cop because he was cop in a shootout and he put his hands up mid-way gunfight and I had to value his life but what actually happened was that I killed him with his hands up and received Warning Points, so this situation is quiet the same even considering that you knew I had my hands up but thought that I would of died anyway and then continued to shoot me with my hands up.
It was a sticky situation for us as were at war with you guys, we were holding up your friend, then you come flying in out of no where even though he didnt radio you in.
Again, didn't even know who you were so I had no idea you were even warred with us. Then also it's a common place for people to take out assault rifles and to then get in a vehicle, which is what it looked like, not to mention that if I knew this was happening and that my guy was being held up, don't you think that I would of pulled up somewhere different with my gun on my back? Instead of juss pulling straight up next to you with my gun in my inventory? I'm pretty sure that If I wanted to kill you, then I would of killed you... But instead I had no idea of what was happening, everything looked pretty normal to me so I pulled up, got out initially ran and jumped towards the locker, and then put my hands up and got slowly executed.
That doesnt give any reason to rdm, but i dont believe what i did here was rdm. Correct me if im wrong admins.
You did almost everything perfect up until the point of where I put my hands up and you most certainly noticed that I did it but continued to pummel me with a few bullets. Again, I referred to a situation where no matter what if they put their hands up you have to value them and go from there, which I don't necessarily agree with but it's in the rules so.... If I put my hands up, you had to do something with me other than shoot me.
