Time of Occurrence: I don't know I went to sleep right after
Relevant Evidence:Last night I died at the apartments, I think it was by Thy but i'm not sure. Anyways I was super tired and decided to goto sleep. BUT if was not deceased I would have stayed up and did the full jail time length. but that wasn't the case I was deceased so I decided to log off and goto bed. I had a thought that this might happen but I assumed he would've checked the logs to check if I was deceased, instead he assumed I logged. feelsbad

No logs can't say that. Are you thy? And why they can't say that is you had an another officer behind you as you came into the bathroom and I killed you and the other officer guned me down. I wouldn't have left. can you give me a time out that knock out? Do you record?

How was it an active roleplay situation when I was deceased? What would benefited me from logging out? maybe you could say medical bills which would have been around $200 since I had $900. I'm trying so hard to defend myself because its a 7 day ban, he says he doesn't even see me being killed. I'm not trying to blame Thy; I don't know if he looked at the logs or just saw the leave message in chat and then banned without knowing I was 100% dead. Apparently there's not even a death record of me in the logs.

Do not disconnect/reconnect to avoid a role-play situation and/or to avoid your death timer.
I did neither.
I went straight to sleep and tried to join back 10 hours later

The logs say "knocked out" when you get downed, as in shot dead. It does not show if you are critical or deceased. I check the logs since I saw your body disappear right as the medic was about to revive you. It shows you DC right after being shot by the SWAT.
So to me it looks like this: You DC to avoid being revived and arrested. This the ban.

Hmmm I see. I wonder if the damage logs have saved so you can see how much damage I had to my body to see if I was deceased. that's ashame. Really sucks that this happened. I shouldn't have done it when I knew there was a possibility of this happening.
