Yesterday I accepted work as a waterer at Farmer Joe's and I went in undercover. They had LSD/Weed which I reported it when safe to do so, to the Chief (Hazza) in /Gov and the Chief (Hazza) conducted a House Raid on Farmer Joe's house where I was at. I killed 3 or 4 people, lived and the raid was also successful, some of them had over 140 LSD on them, they lost tons of money and their weapons as well of course. So that was yesterday and I was under the name of Vinny Valente. Today, I accept work from Jack Everadon, he's hiring a waterer and is based at Richard 10 as usual with Farmer Joe, but this time they request ID when I get to the door which I showed and verified I was not undercover thereof and before that, one of them opened the door and when he seen me he immediately closed the door, locked it and ran up the stairs until someone else came down and I said I was here to water for Jack. The ID request is far from metagaming of course but what you'll see in the video is, Farmer Joe comes to the door with someone else, they tell the people next to me to leave and then Farmer Joe specifically looks at me near the ending of the video and states "You're not allowed here no more". Also, after this occurred, they proceeded to advertise for hiring two more waterers, one of them being Jack Everadon again since I was denied due to metagame.

Um, not allowed here "no more"? I've had no RP relation with him in any case where I've lived while ever coming into contact with him and having some sort of RP relation thereof, plus proving that I was actually a citizen and not undercover and I was watering for someone else, not him. He seen my display picture/steam name, knows who I am and what I did to him and all of his org yesterday and made it apparent as such specifically by stating that I wasn't allowed there no more yet the only time I was ever there was yesterday from the raid situation. If he had simply said I was not allowed in I would have been fine, nothing really that I can do about that, but it's his fault for not carefully choosing his words and saying "no more" implying that I've been there before when I haven't, excluding the raid from yesterday. This is metagaming in the most obvious case.

I'd also like to add, I brought this report to the attention of a moderator named Pea and he went teleporting to 2 or 3 other members of the house, as well as another moderator named officernoodles, invited himself into the report and then was teleporting to Pea a few times and Pea to officernoodles. Pea then teleports to me saying something about Farmer Joe only getting a verbal warning. Uh, verbal warning for intentional metagame from someone that's been on the server long enough to know not to metagame in the first place? Yea, sorry, after all that suspicion and only a verbal warning, I decided I wanted this to be reviewed by higher ranking Staff to avoid a bias decision.

@Hazza To verify the raid you led yesterday when I posted in /Gov about their LSD/Marijuana that I witnessed while watering as undercover at that time and we successfully raided them and killed all of them.

Stuvi said due to how it was handled, if I felt it wasn't handled correctly I have the right to post about it on Forums. This was definitely not handled correctly in my opinion, thus, I want higher ranking Staff to review it. [EDIT] Also, it was handled by a moderator and another moderator that invited himself in, which is the lowest ranking of Staff, so I should also have a right, given how it was dealt, to have it handled by more experienced Staff members to avoid bias judgment.

I have reviewed the evidence provided, and I have spoken to both @pea and @Farmer Joe about the situation on Discord. As it was in fact dealt with, concluded in game, and there is no evidence of metagaming or a rule break of sorts, I can come to a conclusion.

This report is concluded as Denied due to the following reasons:

1. The accusation in question has been dealt with in game and decided to be false
2. The evidence provided is not sufficient enough to support the accusation
3. The evidence provided does not prove of a rule break by any party
