Time of Occurrence: I believe some time near the end of July this year.
Relevant Evidence: I don’t believe my case was examined close enough by the staff team, as the fortunes I had accumulated were through legitimate means, such as farming and weapon crafting. To be quite honest, the only thing I know about my ban is that it is linked to the bag-dupe exploit. The staff member who banned me came to the conclusion that I was exploiting through some means, hence why I am banned. However I am not sure how he came to this conclusion. If there is any evidence against me I would like it to be presented to me. I am aware that I sent a message to an individual through the mono-tablet that would incriminate me, however I believe it is insufficient to claim that I was exploiting. If evidence comes forth that proves without a doubt that I exploited I will accept my punishment. If such evidence is provided I believe it suggests something else, as I know for a fact that I have never profited off of the exploit. This being stated, if you believe it necessary to keep me off of the server, I request that my ban reason be changed to something that doesn't discredit all of the hard work and time I have put into this server.
I'm sure the logs show some questionable things, however to my knowledge I was unaware of what had been happening at the time until a few days prior to my ban. My mistake was not reporting those who were involved. Those who were involved are currently banned for the same reason as I am. If I am faced with a situation such as this again, I will not make the same mistake.
Please consider all of the evidence and what I have stated in the making of your decision. I have found that no server that I have played has created the same experience that Monolith has. I want to be able to enjoy that experience again.
Additional members involved/witnessing: @Delta. (He can confirm that most of my time was spent on farming/gun crafting. This can also be proved by observing my EXP in farming/gun crafting).
