Hello,

I got falsely banned.. last time i was on monolith was a few days ago and not thursday because i've had a real life accident a few days ago. Last time i was online i killed a guy because he stole my slotmachine and wanted it back so i threatened him and made him come to the front of the casino and shot him, because he was not following my orders.. after that an administrator/moderator came over and gave me a few points.. but i would still have to get 3 more points to get banned, now i tried joining the server and it said i was banned for ''Combat banking'' .. How is this possible??

I wasn't participating in this raid, i was a hostage.. and i didn't deposit anything because i was a hostage, so i didn't even have anything in my inventory that had anything to do with the robbery. i went to the monomarket for food!
He told me to get out!! i saw my food bar and was dying, so i tried to buy something to eat.. how is this combat-banking i wasn't even in combat.. look at the clothing, it is not me in the suit saying im gonna die sir while being restrained.. im the one he says get out to.

How are you a hostage if you’re not restrained running all over the place. You’re telling me you had no association with these players and we’re their hostage despite running out of the vault, then back to the vault, then back out of the vault pausing to look at the guard, then running away yet again without anyone mentioning the fact? Wouldn’t there be a hostage negotiation if you were a hostage? The person who reported you was the only one dealing with you.

A quick log check also shows you never bought any food item from the monomarket so I am confused on that point as well.

You avoided the hostage question. How were you a hostage if you were running free in the bank. Why would you re enter the vault if you were their hostage. That implies you were set free and could escape.

I would like to add that none of them were armed at the time of me finding them, unless he volunteered as a hostage (Which would be FTVL) there is no way for him to be a hostage as he wasn't under constant duress or ziptied. Even if he was a hostage he would still not be valuing his life as he literally stayed in the bank to use the NPC even though he was a "hostage". Idk, but to me this seems like a lie to have an excuse for being there. If you werent involved than you were just minging and failing to value your own life.
