This report is against Jeff Maine for violation of rule [2.2.3] at the time of my death; whether or not you had a valid reason to kill officers is irrelevant.

The rule clearly states that you may only use your vehicle as a weapon if your life or a befriended life is in immediate danger. I never shot anybody, I didn't have a weapon out, I was not in pursuit of anybody, I was simply standing beside my disabled vehicle on the side of the road.
