The 2nd time at the gas station It looked like there was indeed a passenger in the car, as for uwu's message, Kaeso was not deceased, he was barely alive and I got a medic to stabilize him and operate, he then sent out the org message to kill josephi.

Just saying, I was the one in the green BRZ, I was targeting you because josephi was in your car at the time, and he attempted to kill a org member of mine, but they ended up getting stabilized and revived by medics, so we had an hour to find him and kill him. :)
