The countries that you stated do have alot of power which is true but no one will do anything due to the inevitability of a Nuclear war where everyone will basically get blown up and no one will win, so the likely hood of anything happening at all except from little strikes is very low

I fixed it by disabling Chromium and i can now load in @John trump

I am having the same issue i keep trying to load in, i have attempted multiple times but it still isn't allowing me to load on the server and getting stuck on "initalizing"
