Hello, @Max Veira.

I see you're having issues with connecting to Monolith.
My advice would be, to wait a bit, or "Exit Steam".
Right now I can't think of another solution.

I normally have the same issue for my first attempt joining sometimes, my second try always loads me in. If you fail once, try once more. If it doesn't work still then its an issue.

i have the same problem with this other server and mono uses the same host

what fixes it for me is just spamming enter to join the server and esc until it doesnt freeze on "connecting to server" and moves past authenticating steam

I fixed it by disabling Chromium and i can now load in @John trump
