I think a lot of the problem also comes with tow trucks from the mechanics place thinking they can tow cars breaking laws and argue with people, when no one has called for a mechanic at all and its reason why there is an entirely separate police tow driver job.

I think for event purposes, and I think it's pretty obvious when that's happening, it shouldn't be stolen. But if its the police lambo for example, if "it has no tracker so if you steal it its annoying", then don't spawn it in. I think staff should have the best perks available because fuck...
