I need help I can't play on the server it refuses to let me play it just gets stuck initialiizng

Help I cannot join as it gets stuck on Initializing for 10-15 minutes I've tried rebooting gmod/steam/computer I've tried deleting all my addons and reinstalling and I've tried verifying and nothing works
