A few people where having a firefight near the intersection. You accelerate your car, change lanes and goes right for one of them running him over in the middle of the firefight. These are the logs concerning it, he showed me a video, clearly showing you aiming for him and running him over.

If the ban says RDM, that's my bad, it's supposed to say VDM. This was never an issue. VDM and combat depositing was the issues. This video shows you VDM'ing blatantly a third party.
