After reviewing the evidence provided the first shots seemed to be crossfire. When you were killed you had a class three on your back and witnessed a murder, so they had a valid reason to kill you Denied.

Killing here was not a last resort, and there were many other ways you could have roleplayed this. The officer posed no threat, and was only giving you a ticket, so taking immediate lethal action here was not necessary. Denied.
