@Brink The officer should not have taken a shot that wasn't clear... This shows a further lack of value for life. 

I should add that later while chasing the guy, after the car blew up, I was shot in the back by one of the cops.

Regardless of if he broke RP, the cops should have not responded to FailRP with FailRP... Also they knew we where in the car.
