Yes I can confirm, I took his sit and as my verdict the hostage did break the rules, and I told reactskate to make a refund request for the money he lost due to the rule breaking.

I can confirm I moved his bag into the air while taking his sit to see if he would recive it back. My verdict was that he would but when I went up to grab it, the bag was gone and after checking logs and seeing that no one took it. So I can confirm this man lost his AR-15
