After discussing with management, it was concluded that @Backflare should be demoted to Administrator due to activity and in order to give other staff members better opportunities. He has been a great asset over the past years and will be welcome back into the SA team should activity improve.

Also congratulations to @GHOST_023 for her promotion to Administrator. She has also been a very crucial asset to the team whether it comes to the engagement team or player reports on the forums!

@Briceps has been promoted to Senior Administrator. He has been extremely helpful in his efforts as marketing team leader and recruitment team member as well as his general staff duties. We hope that as an SA, he will continue to be an extremely helpful asset to the team!
