I can confirm this whole situation. When I was in the sit the cop has admitted to killing him straight away instead of negotiating with him. I told the cop that he should negotiate as the mugger didn't shoot once. Only pointed a gun at the guy and demanded him to drop his stuff.

Whether it's the logging system or not I doubt you will be able to rejoin within 2 seconds of it crashing.

But you didn't join the server 5-10 seconds later. You joined within 2 seconds which IMO I don't think it will take 2 seconds for you game to crash then to automatically restart gmod then join the server.
