I can confirm I asked you to post the video on the forums as a player report but I am concerned this has a lack of evidence therefore the player cannot be punished. Please wait for SA+ for further steps.
This was definitely an accidental ban, you were unbanned around 10 mins after because I realised serverguard messed up, the correct person was banned because I brought them to a sit. I'm hopimg you tried logging back in before making this appeal because you were unbanned. Let me know if you are...
If this is the correct police chief, he was spoken to regarding false arrests etc. I will be looking into this further to see if it is the same person, if not I will talk to him/her and then you will be able to move forward with the refund
I have thought about it further and feel I should've issued a FearRP punishment, I tried to be as fair as I could in the situation because I thought it was just glitching out for him. There was no abuse in this footage, I just didn't want to make the situation worse than it was because you...
The audio is extremely quiet and I didn't say you couldn't get him to drop it at gunpoint, I said if he doesn't then you can jail him for not responding to your orders as an LEO. Does this really require a staff report, what did I do wrongly because it seems you misunderstood what I was saying?
This is now handled, the wrong person was banned and the correct person was then banned after you were unbanned. This staff report was taking way out of proportion.. it has nothing to do with me not knowing what I am doing, ServerGuard just banned the wrong person.
You can most definitely see the video once I find it or find the person who gave it as I have dealt with many other reports since then.
And how were you rude? You were disrespectful to me by saying I didn't know what I was doing, creating an argument about the fact that I missed a letter out.
