Hi @bloodycop6385 I have tested this, when searching the dumpster you are able to look away from the dumpster freely with your mouse. If you move your player with WASD then it will cancel the action, just like most things such as putting attachments on weapons etc. Not a bug just the way it is...

@bloodycop6385 The items flicker because you are too far away from the actual property, or not near the "entrance" of the property. I just went to the channel tower garage #2 and the phone worked perfectly fine for me.
