I can confirm that wewqsgo needs 1 ak47 to be refunded to him, He was in bank doing a trade when he was rdmed I dealt with the sit in game and the person who stole his ak-47 left the server. The weapon is set to be deleted from him on his next return.

Automatic bans, such as leaving while cuffed, can not be appealed unless you provide valid evidence of it being a false ban. Logs show that you disconnected and did not crash. Appeal Denied Locked & Moved

Yes there was multiple npc's around that area and its very public. You were trying to mug him for his gun and kevlar, which you can but you cannot try to take stuff from people that is not drop on death or confiscatable.
