Can confirm he needs the items refunded. He got RDM'd which resulted in his items transferring over to the RDM'ers pockets. After that the RDM'er died to the police where his items got confiscated and we couldn't retrieve the items due to the reported party being banned.

Can confirm that these things need to be refunded. It got confiscated but when he raided PD to get his stuff back, it didn't transfer the stuff into Mr P's inventory.
