In all honesty, you bought into something that you saw the features for - everything on the store page is what you get in-game, so I'd think it's your fault. It's like buying a game and then refunding it just because you thought it didn't have much after playing it for more than 10 hours or so.

Hi, I'd advise you not to use Discord/TeamSpeak as communication in-game as it is strictly metagaming and you could be banned in the future for it. And as for this abuse report - I refunded your ammo with even excess as you seemed distressed but you seem to be exaggerating this whole situation...

You're not getting unbanned, you should understand the stuff you say is completely unacceptable in Monolith. And that excuse is just plain wrong.
