Seeing as the gun was taken away, due to another player breaking the server rules, I'd say yes it should be refunded.

TDAssassin claimed that the player that was calling him out, broke NLR by telling the cops "This guy killed me", which got him arrested and resulted in him loosing his glock. Therefore I suggested that he made a refund request.
