Ok yea I guess they broke the mugging in public rules and NPCs one. But does it help my case that I was only the driver and I never even had a gun on me so I technically didn’t kidnap and mug him in public then.

Yea I understand the public part, but it wasn’t related to the NPCs though. It’s not like we held him up while he was using the NPCs. If the guy who made the report could post the video from the very start where we kidnaped him that would be great.

Well we initially kidnaped him at the end of the bridge going up to layer 2, then we left that area planing to go to a more discreet area that was not wide open. I mean yea it was kinda in public because it was in the hospital, but we made sure no one was there to see it.
