Garry has contacted me on discord. According to him @HughGRection your vehicle was clamped because your license was expired, and he backs up the claim that the other door was held open.

I can confirm the above player lost an MR96 and Adrenaline Auto-Injector. All other items were returned to the player as they were in the hands of bystanders, however the remaining two items are set to be removed when the offender returns.
