In logs it clearly shows you depositing the M1911 while in cuffs and then there are no logs showing you taking it back out. The ban will remain.

I can confirm that the player lost the ACR-E due to a rulebreak and had the situation not occurred, he would have not lost his ACR.

After reviewing logs, the player will be banned for 5 days for exploiting. Accepted.
