I forgot to add this in the response above, but I had lights and sirens on but on certain vehicles (I believe this is only for spawned in vehicles by staff) it doesn't show.

Well In my opinion EMS is a boring job compared to all the other ones, most of it is left clicking people and dragging bodies to hospital. It would be nice to see some new different RP in the job, but yes there could be a lot more EMS.
