First off, He had no time to even say anything in the video by the time you whipped out your gun and blasted him second off he doesn't NEED a reason to mug you, he was most likely going to ask you to remove the ticket you placed on the car from the video, if you had actually roleplayed it out...

I was right beside the situation, you decided to prop push a car and fling it killing 3 people in a sit I was doing and then tried to do it to me and devnultj while u were frozen on the roof, personally Don't think it should be lifted that is a pure minge move no place for our community. @DevulTj

I said make a refund request however especially to the nature of the request I have zero say in it.

I had seen him walking around with the assault rifle previously, but also breaking RP like that isn't good.

I was given a video of what happened, watched it and you sat in your car at gun point for over 1 minute just trying to leave while stuck, you then broke RP when he shot a tire because you weren't complying whats so ever. Denied, please read the rules over again before playing.

It is completely failRP... you aren't pulling portapotties out of your ass while shooting at cops or in a gun fight with cops.... so yeah there were people doing it before that had their portapotties removed as well thought you would of gotten the message then but appearently not so yeah this is...
