@Stealthshotz_13 It still doesn't justify what you've done. Apparently this isn't the first time you metagame'd and I doubt your organisation understands the severity. If you feel like other orgs are doing it, come with us with evidence or else nothing will be done.

It's time... We have chosen our new (USA) Server Director! He has been very consistent with us and has been around for as long as we can remember. We hope this will make things go smoother in our USA regions when it comes to managing the server. You well deserved it so congrats @Realz !
