Good advice: If you run someone over on accident, stop and call 911 before you continue. That way people won't assume it's VDM. But if you hit someone and just keep going, it looks like VDM.

Right, so I get the report of you VDM'ing him. I check logs, you run him over, pick up his gun and disconnect all within two minutes. Makes it look very much like "oh boy he dropped a gun when I ran him over, let me pick it up and disconnect, perhaps I'll be able to keep it" The main issue here...
