This is the second occasion where you have reported a staff member with literally next to no evidence on the matter. It seems you have some kind of grudge to get people demoted at this point and the only person who is looking like a fool is yourself.
I'd strongly suggest you watch yourself.
We were watching you for a while, constantly getting them ores at 0% and it was about 20-40 seconds inbetween you realising you had finished. You're not putting any effort at all in there.
I witnessed it and you were really half-assing your gameplay. You were not even paying attention to the fact that the ore was at 0% for a good 20 seconds (at least), I don't support this appeal.
