Watched the video.. He RPed this very well. Distracted the mugger, got an opportunity to defend himself. If situations like this weren't allowed, then all mugging would be powergaming. Definitely don't think he should've been banned.

Killing him during the bank heist made absolutely no RP sense... I don't see how it could be justified.

I do feel an alternative to weaponry should be provided to get a suspect out of a vehicle. Pulling a weapon as far as I can tell was the best option.
