Seems pretty clear what to do next, Please upload the uncut/unedited version of the kidnapping, from the start of the kidnap till the point you die. Edited videos do not pass as valid evidence @Dmoz . Next one to argue here will recieve a warning. 24 hours to upload the full video.

The way you were following him and the guy getting arrested was stalling the traffic stop while knowing he would get arrested for not having a license, makes it really seem you were trying to kill the cop for arresting. But, because your story seems plausible, I'll change your ban to 1 day...

After rewatching the video I changed my mind. You clearly shot the suspect while he was behind the hostage. Lying in your ban appeal never works out, don't bother re-appealing. Denied
