Next time, don't take matters into your own hands, I checked the logs and it had been 30-40 minutes.

Rule 5.1.1 clearly states: You may only perform ONE raid per hour. This counts for both successful and unsuccessful raids.
A house being empty counts as a unsuccessful raid.

Mug or kidnap, you killed someone on his own property while he was no danger to you at all. You noticed he was AFK, but still you decided to kill him.
Kyle peters was on his own property while you 6 attacked him. If Kyle wasn't on his property it would've been a mugging indeed.
Either way, there was no RP in any of it, you noticed Kyle was AFK, gave him 5-10 seconds to get back (which of course he didn't) and then blatenly murdered him. I...
Probable cause is a perfect reason to pull you over and do a little check. It's your own mistake if you hold illegal items on you.
If you just complied and roleplayed the situation a lot better instead of whining about everything he does, you probably wouldn't get searched either.
