I don't see you holding a gun in the beginning to see any mug, + this is an open area and you shouldn't be able to mug. Besides, the point here is that there was a shotgun at you and you pulled out a gun and then unequiped it. ''that you don't deserve to be banned'' is not enough reasoning.
