Using +attack to mine while being outside of Garry's Mod is forbidden! It is against the rules, hence why you got this ban. You were mining at a 0% rock for a very long time.

You disconnected before I could ban you. According to the logs you killed people with your car and received reports about you VDMing. After that I spectated you for a while, you randomly shot a cop without and sense of roleplay in the bank.

The ban has been increased to 1 week, because you were banned before. It's not about you watching youtube, it's about you doing your mining yourself. You're allowed to use +attack while you remain active in game.
