The mugger was confused about the game mechanics not allowing someone to drop their stuff when ziptied so I voided the mugging. @iiDreams lost these items in the mugging as they were confiscated by police and disappeared from the evidence locker after the mugger’s death.

I can’t confirm the attachments or the medkits, but the rest is fine. He was killed by a police officer after he was stabilized so his weapon wasn’t in the evidence locker.
