Do you have actual evidence of Shawntae being in the wrong and/or not telling the truth? Conversation logs are not really helpful in this case as they do not prove anything.

We will have to deny this report for now then. A notice to everybody though: If we catch you shit-talking our ex-staff members or harrassing them for being put on probation/being demoted you will face heavy consequences - and we are not talking about a couple of days ban here.

Doesn't look like FearRP to me. He had his hands up when you had him at gunpoint. You turned around and started walking into a different direction. He then decided to pull out a weapon when he had the chance.
