Just to point out that you do not choose the punishment or the length. When you are trying to appeal something, usually you apologise for what you did or request more information to the staff member.

Unfortunately we cannot refund it, as that is your fault. Whenever you delete something from your inventory there is a popup that requests you to confirm wether you want to delete an item. When you select "Yes", there is nothing we can do. Denied.
