I suppose, I do think 5 days is a bit excessive as you are quite a new player. Driving isn't so easy on the game so it can be easily misinterpreted as intentional. After all it's up to @Justin The Ungrateful to react to your request. I'm guessing this was results from a player report.
Unfortunately I cannot refund you for this, I know the server has crashed however you always need to screenshot things. You have made several other refund request and should always know better to screenshot something when you deploy it. Denied.
