Do you have actual evidence of Shawntae being in the wrong and/or not telling the truth? Conversation logs are not really helpful in this case as they do not prove anything.

Doesn't look like FearRP to me. He had his hands up when you had him at gunpoint. You turned around and started walking into a different direction. He then decided to pull out a weapon when he had the chance.

You'll need to clear that up with the cop then - that's an issue you can solve in character. As this is a ban appeal now you'll need to adjust your format.

Staff members do not need to provide evidence for such incidents and neither do they for handing out such punishments. If you made a report claiming you are leaving the server while in jail, and a staff member agrees, you are free to leave - not doing so is LTARP.

I don't think "I am sorry permban is a bit 2 much already miss the server and the good times." will change his mind. You aren't even trying to get unbanned. You put no effort into this.
