This blatant rulebreaker is showing clear disregard for the server's community and rules of behavior. I don't believe he has any intent to roleplay. His intentions are to minge.

I would like to clarify that he instigated/ cop baited me while under NLR. I did not seek him out on the map. He was waiting for me at the hospital. I can provide video evidence if needed.

Notice how he used the only prop on the server with player collision. He chose that prop specifically so that he could kill me. An experienced player should not be bug abusing like this. I wouldn't be surprised if he has done this many times before.
