I had the same issue but i have fixed it for now. First make sure to remove your lua cache (not the actual, folder but its contents): F:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\GarrysMod\garrysmod\cache\lua That helped me to at least be able to connect (but my game then crashed after 1 or 2...
