The VDM and failRP is very clear for me, this is definitely not allowed and the accused will be punished for this. However, there is no proof for metagaming. May I ask you why you were in that car in the first place?

The logs have shown me that Horrendous got killed after killing 3 of them. The logs also shown me that his friend indeed got teleported by Quantum and got pulled out of the situation, right after Horrendous died. The gun then got mingegrabbed by a third party.
