Request reason: I was minding my own business trying to get back into the game, mining a bit as these two gentlemen roll up and restrain me and take items from me, which is completely fine. I go on to tell the other random guy that the guy is a spastic for robbing at the mine and he then decides to kill me over that.

Quoting from rule 3,

You may not kill a player during a mugging unless they are actively resisting or threatening to snitch or kill on you.

Calling someone a spastic is not listed here nor is harrasing or anything alike.

I'm sorry but there is no way for me to totally understand what happened in that situation. Because your mic was muted, I missed half of the conversation.

Also:

Any evidence that has your audio-input (your microphone) muted and not recorded will automatically be invalidated and not be used for a final verdict. All audio sources need to be recorded to use a video as valid evidence.

Skye, I know I'm not involved but I'm giving additional info. at approx. 1:05 in the video you can hear him say "You Calling us spastics" therefore supporting that he was killed for calling them that

It indeed proves that you called them Spastic. However, after he asked you "did you call us Spastic", you said something else while having a gun at your face. Anything belittling or disrespectful thing you could've said, could also be considered as FTVL.
