Blacklist Reason: saying "phase boobs" in ooc
Unblacklist Reason:with barely any knowledge of the phase boots harassments in the community i saw phase boobs in chat arounda week ago and since he falsely arrested me and was being difficult to deal with all around, i said "phase boobs" because i simply thought it was a harmless joke. I have no prior blacklist in terms of ooc and 4 weeks for a simple non slur ooc joke is way extremley aggressive. i beleive a warning about the situation ould have simply suffice instead of a long blacklist like that.
I also tried to handle the situtation with DK before coming on to report but he was non cooperational and never even talked to me.

I will reduce your OOC Blacklist to 1 week,. This wasn't some random disrespectful message, this is ongoing harassment towards a community member. During this time, think about your actions and how your messages may affect others before carrying on.
