Ban Reason: Killed person after given money in mug - video proof given - also AFK in car
Time of Occurrence: 4 Hours from writing
Relevant Evidence: If they are talking about this video evidence I was already punished with warning points as it was a misunderstanding. I did though fall asleep IRL while in my car so I do admit to that.

So pretty much this what happened:

- I received a private conversation with the video showing what you did wrong. However I did not get any extra information so I assumed that it was a player report directly handed out to me.
- I decided to teleport to you and indeed you were not responding inside a car. I waited some minutes and kicked you out of the car. After that I waited a bit more and yet no response.
- So I went ahead and gave you the ban. Then I was informed by the person who send me the video that you indeed already received a warning from @Dipski , this is indeed my bad.
- However, I feel like a ban is justified instead of a warning as you've straight up murdered the guy and not to mention the place you decided to mug is unfortunate. It is part of the city hall (the little stairs next to it), across the hospital and behind the bank.

I can lower this ban to 24h if you succeed to show me any remorse for your mistakes.

Yeah I mean that sit where I received a warning was several hours prior to you banning me (22:16 was the server time in chat and sit happened minuets after) so I am not sure why I am being punished twice for it. I already profusely apologized for it to dipski and the other guy and I took my punishment with understanding to not do those things again. I feel like 24h ban is still high but either way I understand what I did wrong and won't do it again.

@Fimp Dickstine I can unban you then as I understand the misunderstanding, just try to understand from the person's view. It's not great to be killed at such a place especially when he dropped the money. + do not afk at all. Accepted.
